The SCHUKO USB socket outlet with additional USB A and USB C port combines the functions of a socket outlet with the ability to charge mobile devices via a charging cable with no need for an extra power supply. 

The use of a USB-C power supply with Power Delivery enables faster charging with a charging capacity of up to 65 watts (20 V x 3.25 A), which means that even larger devices, such as laptops, can be charged. If the connected device is also equipped with Power Delivery technology, the charging capacity can be adapted, which not only protects the battery, but also extends its life. 

Efficient and easy charging: the USB power supply A & C with one USB-A and one USB-C plug connector allows safe and simultaneous charging of two USB end devices. In addition to the standard USB-A connection, the USB-C connection is, in particular, particularly suitable for all the latest and future mobile devices.

The Gira surge protection module can be easily retrofitted to protect electrical devices against transient surges. The ring module is inserted at the rear of the socket outlet and can also protect other socket outlets, provided that the cable length is less than 5 m.
