Automatic lighting control

The Gira Sensotec and Gira Sensotec LED offer greater safety in the dark by automatically switching on an orientation light when motion is detected in the long range. While the Gira Sensotec uses dimmed room lighting for this function, the Gira Sensotec LED has an integrated LED light for this purpose. If necessary, the undimmed room light can be switched on by a motion at close range (5 cm), without contact.

The light switches on when you enter the room. It switches off automatically when you leave the room. The Gira automatic control switch is a motion detector that is simply inserted into the flush-mounted device box in place of the previous switch.

The Gira System 3000 Standard and Komfort Bluetooth motion detectors provide even greater convenience and security in and around the building. A new detection lens with double sensors significantly improves the detection field and detection quality.

The Gira System 3000 presence and motion detector 360° top unit BT controls interior lighting in accordance with movement and brightness. It switches on the lighting automatically if there is motion in the detection field or if it is dark enough.

When used in conjunction with the Gira KNX system, the Gira KNX presence detectors Standard and Komfort enable automatic lighting control.
